Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to the United States.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of the order. Sticks ship in a long box and carry a higher rate than smaller items.

Canada: 1 to 5 business days after shipping.
United States: 3 to 6 business days after shipping.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. If it has been 4 business days and tracking has not updated, email admin@prostocknorthamerica.com and we will chase the carrier.

Duties and taxes on US orders

All duties and taxes are included in the price that is posted.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email admin@prostocknorthamerica.com with your order number and photos of the packaging. We will file the carrier claim and sort out a replacement or refund.
